Meet our cheese maker, owner and operator - Shep Ysselstein
The owner and operator of Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese is Shep Ysselstein. Shep's journey to becoming a skilled cheese maker began on the family dairy farm where he not only loved dairy farming, but all the delicious products that come from dairy. After he completed university, where he received a degree in business, Shep had numerous opportunities studying and making cheese in the United States, British Columbia and most recently Switzerland. It was during these ventures that he developed his passion and skill set for cheese making.

Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese is pleased to offer you a huge array of delicious gifts and goodies for the holiday season!  We have six beautiful and scrumptious cheese baskets to choose from, ranging in price from $25 - $115.  You can even design your own basket and we'll put it together for you!  We also have cheese trays for your gatherings ranging from $30 - $60.  Gift certificates are available as well and can be made in any quantity, small or large.  Or you can keep it simple and just come pick up your favourite cheeses for you to share and enjoy however you like!  Gunn's Hill Artisan Cheese is a great choice for your holiday gatherings and gifts.
